1. About Selavi
Selavi is an AI-powered wellness companion platform operated by MODERN LUXURY CARPETS SARL (RCS B174835, VAT LU25933881), located at 12 Rue de Strasbourg, L-2560 Luxembourg City, Luxembourg. Selavi provides self-help coaching, wellness guidance, and personal growth support through AI-powered personas. Selavi is not a healthcare provider, medical device, or licensed professional service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use Selavi if you reside in the European Union, or at least 13 years old if you reside in the United States. By creating an account, you represent that you meet the applicable age requirement.
3. Account Registration
You may register using email and password or through Google or Apple authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use Selavi for any illegal purpose; (b) attempt to obtain medical diagnoses, prescriptions, or clinical assessments from Selavi; (c) harass, abuse, or manipulate Selavi's AI personas; (d) use automated means to access the service; (e) attempt to reverse-engineer Selavi's AI systems; (f) share your account with others; (g) use Selavi as a substitute for professional emergency services.
5. Subscription & Billing
Selavi offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe and renew automatically. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
6. Intellectual Property
Selavi's platform, AI personas, and all associated content are owned by MODERN LUXURY CARPETS SARL. You retain ownership of your personal data and conversation content. By using Selavi, you grant us a limited license to process your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Limitation of Liability
Selavi provides AI-generated guidance for informational and self-improvement purposes only. MODERN LUXURY CARPETS SARL makes no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any guidance provided. We are not liable for any decisions you make based on Selavi's output. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MODERN LUXURY CARPETS SARL from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the service or violation of these terms.
10. Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by Luxembourg law. For users in the European Union, disputes shall be submitted to the Luxembourg City courts. For users in the United States, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, and you waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits. You may also file a complaint with the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/odr.
11. Modifications
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance via email or in-app notification. Continued use of Selavi after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time through the settings page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, you may export your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
